You received a message from Delega and you didn't ask for it. That's a fair thing to be annoyed about, so here's exactly what happened, in plain terms.
Delega is pending: legal entity name, pending: registered address, pending: NIF/CIF or company number. You can reach a human at pending: email or pending: phone.
We contacted you at a business address, about your business. We got it from pending: per record: e.g. the public Companies House register / your company website / a public business directory — and we keep a record, per contact, of exactly which. If you want to know precisely where yours came from, ask and we'll tell you.
We think businesses like yours lose work to calls they can't answer, and we sell a service that fixes that. That's the whole reason. We rely on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service to a business — and you have an absolute right to tell us to stop.
pending: one-click opt-out link
Or just reply "no thanks". Either way:
Business contact details (name, business email, phone, company, trade, town), the source above, and a record of what we sent you. If you don't respond, we delete the record within pending: 12 months. If you opt out, we keep the suppression entry permanently, and nothing else.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — including an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time, free of charge. Email pending: email and we'll respond within one month.
You can also complain to a regulator: the AEPD (Spain, aepd.es), the ICO (UK, ico.org.uk), or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland, dataprotection.ie).
